Young Blood Records presents the “Satta Rebirth Riddim”
Young Blood Records allies with internationally renowned Jamaican saxophonist Dean Fraser to produce the “Satta Rebirth Riddim”. A rejuvenated version of the classic “Satta Massangana”, featuring Jah Vinci, Bugle, Chris Martin and more.
In 1971, the “Satta Massangana Riddim”, produced by Bernard Collins for Clinch Records, was made famous by The Abyssinians.
The original riddim sets itself apart by its distinctive horn section. In this brand-new cut, Dean Fraser performs an excellent rendition of it on the sax. Besides, the artists, who voiced it, also did a great job. Most of the songs are of great quality.
You can also check out the “Satta Riddim”, another remake of the “Satta Massangana”, released in 1997.
