Who said Reggae & Dancehall isn’t global. The London producers are back at it. When I say London I’m speaking about that British wave of Dancehall producers. TI is one of those producers, and so is his label KHOLTAN ENT. They are constantly in the lab, always in creative mode, whether writing or composing.
Their new production “Jaguar” from Valiant seems to be one of those summer tracks. This speaks volumes about the work the team has been doing over the past year. The new project is called “Distraction Riddim,” and it’s one of the hardest and catchiest Dancehall tracks on the road right now.
The project has names like Shane O (Dem No Bad), Quada (Program), Iceberg (Eagle), Laden (Account), Rude Link (M5), and Stylo G (Distraction). It’s a star studded package. These are just to name a few from the project which seems to be one to grab this August. It’s clear from the radio djs and parties in the Kingston that it’s going to be around till Christmas.
The track from Valiant “Jaguar” is being turned into one of the faves for the summer. The Stylo G is also in heavy rotation. It’s a good look for the team and producers who heavily invest in their craft.
