Zuse versus Zuse

Zuse

When hardore Dancehall with some soothing Reggae melodies meets Trap music, what do you get? “ZUSE“. A Jamaican thats breaking barriers and creating a whole new genre. A new lane and created a whole new movement. He’s coined his team as Klappaz Kartel, and his sound is called or described as ReggaeTrap.

Let’s break down some real musical numerics and facts. Clive Campbell aka “Kool Herc” is the founding father of Hip Hop. So Jamaicans and Hip Hop is like ackee and salt-fish, like peanut butter and jelly. Reggae and Dancehall combined is responsible for over 60 sub genres around the globe. So this is a thought we can fathom that one more Jamaican is breaking cultural and musical genres at the same time.

What hasn’t been done since the southern explosion (Texas, Miami & now Atlanta dominating) is a Jamaican who has dominated or impacted this genre. Again here comes Zuse. He’s doing just that with his own style, sound charisma, and wordplay. Oh yeah! The key is that he’s also an indie artist creating a buzz without a major.

Now let’s delve in. Six years ago, a young talented head strong artist with a bass barritone voice hit the Trap scene and immediately caught the eyes of veterans, new comers and Hip Hop heads. It was the start of something new, and fresh. This sound was like nothing on the scene.

He hit hard when he was barely 20 years old, and knocked grown reputable rappers out the box. He caught the attention of T.I. who had him recording with Hustle Gang, he banged out hits with Post Malone, and also Kevin Gates. Now it’s all about what’s hot. Oh yeah! He’s hot now with Codeine Cowboy,” Lose It.” These are some of his hits that are in rotation right now on World Star Hip Hop, One876ent, Hype TV and several other platforms.

2020 might be pandemic, but it’s also happening in music, and entertainment. Now, Zuse is at the forefront of the list for best single out, so far with one more to drop during the first weeks of May. We heard that his EP is on its way, and so are some hard hitting duets and singles.
