MV Music presents “My Answer Riddim”, a remake of the classic “Answer Riddim”
“My Answer Riddim”, produced by MV Music, is a brand-new Dancehall compilation featuring Mr Vegas, Famous Face, Latty J, Savage and Wicker Man. As you could imagine, it is a remake of the classic “Answer Riddim”, which was probably released for the first time in 1973 for the single “Answer Mi question” made famous by Dillinger. If you are a real hard core Reggae fan, you must have heard this riddim at least once in your life time… since it has been remade more than once for the past couple of decades. More recently, some of you might have heard Mr Vegas‘s cut titled “Me Ready Long Time” dissing I Octane, which was leaked a couple of days ago where he sings “if a war dem want me ready long time…”. He probably couldn’t choose a better riddim to respond to any provocation. Now, let’s see what I Octane will “answer” to that. Other songs on that riddim are quite decent as well.
