Firehouse Crew presents “The Highest Riddim”
Firehouse Crew ended 2014 with a brand-new Dancehall compilation, released on the 12/30/14, titled “The Highest Riddim” and featuring Buju Banton, Sizzla, Norris Man and more. A quite good riddim based on a classic triplet Dancehall pattern topped with a simple synth string lead.
The weed song “Smoke the Highest” by Sizzla is by far the best track on the riddim, followed by the gyal tune “3 Cup a Sugar” by Buju Banton. Norris Man also impressed me delivering “Gingerbread Man” with an agressive flow. Shavar also did a good job on the riddim.
