But somehow I think, this riddim might reconcile you with “minimalism” or I shall say “simplicity”.In those times when modern music can sometimes be a cluttered mashup of synths of all kinds, groove-less automated drums and heavily processed robotic vocals, Sean Reid delivers a simple riddim. And by “simple”, I do not mean “basic”.In a few words, this brand-new production could be described as a semi-acoustic Dancehall riddim. It includes guitars without overdrive or distortion, a discrete drum line and just few chime sound effects to make it slightly fancy.This riddim is definitely not a club banger or the next summer hit.
