Konsehsn teams with TuchPoint Music to release new track titled “Salute”
Konshens sings for all the soldiers and the ghetto youths who were gone too soon in his brand-new track, “Salute”, produced by Touchpoint Music. He expresses the weariness and the sadness people bare when they have to face the loss of a friend, a brothers or a child because of gang violence or war.
“We can’t take no more gunshot. No more funeral. No more damn war. No more burial. No more youth nah fi dead inna drive-by.”
About two decades ago, Tupac was already concerned about that topic when he wrote the track “Changes“. He sung: “there’s war on the streets and war in middle east instead of war on poverty.” Unfortunately, this fact is still relevant in 2016.
