One of the beauties of music is the bridge it creates. The bonds, the ties, the inner part of us when we see the world or others vibing to the same melodies.

Thats how powerful Reggae is and that’s how the motherland Africa has received it. The message, drums and melodies that connect us all. There is an artist by the name of Quata Budukusu and he’s a true ambassador for Reggae.

He’s from Ghana and he has embraced the culture, and the culture has embraced him. He’s a vibrant artist and one who writes and speaks from the heart. His latest single out on the airwaves resonates to us all.

The title “Give Thanks” is one we can and all should live by. Its a powerful song opening doors that we can all relate to. Its cones from a place of knowing hardship and being grateful for every opportunity.

It’s a melodic single, and it’s one that shows how far he’s come since his childhood days of singing amongst his friends in the streets of Ghana. He’s very talented and his style has a blend of authentic African folk songs and indegenious sounds mixed with his love for Reggae and the Jamaican culture.
