I Rule My Destiny. The words chanted from one our conscious and consistent brothers in Reggae music. The range and skill of “Pressure BussPipe” aka Pressure the singing sensation is just something to be thankful we experienced it. Now when you add the production and chemistry that “Ferdy” of IzaYoung Boy Production brings to the table then what we have here is a Reggae classic to kick start 2024.
The title track in which I speak of is “Destiny”. Its very melodic but more importantly is statement chant and stance for the new year. One that is also simply a life stance. The everyday man wants his or her opportunity to do as they chose. So when you ask what does the word Destiny means to you. Then here is a track that speaks for the people who know and feel what that means to them.
Reggae needed a track like this within the window. Its very refreshing to hear new songs that clearly will be around for more than just the year. Also if the rumors are true we shouldn’t be surprised if the EP is to follow.
