Ijahdan Taurus teams up with Perfect Giddimani and release new track entitled “The Struggled”.
Independent Reggae artist Ijahdan Taurus continues his musical journey. During his career, the Dominican singer has put out over 300 songs and has worked artists such as Aima Moses, Tikaf, Ras Xtr3me and Ezekiel Blackstar to name a few.
This time, he teamed up with the well established Perfect Giddimani to release a track entitled “The Struggle”, on the “Venha Nos Riddim”, produced by Rahfari in collaboration with Tuff Lion.

He describes it as “a song to remind everyone that they’re not alone in this world. It is a worldwide struggle.” He nuances his words and adds that “there is a solution!”
The Jamaican artist sets the pace singing a beautiful bridge and chorus with his characteristic high-pitched voice. Ijahdan delivers, with a soothing vibe, verses in which he aims to teach us how to cope with “the struggle” and emancipate ourselves from oppressing Babylon. The riddim is also really pleasant to listen to as it is beautifully composed.
The song will be featured on his upcoming project “When Disaster Strikes”. The compilation includes various songs that deal with resilience and how to recover while facing struggle. A situation that Dominica’s currently facing since it was hit by tropical storm Erika. The album is due to be released on December 31st, 2015.
