Ninja Man buried and killed Shabba Ranks in front of thousands of spectators on December 26, 1990
Sting 2014 soon comes… and what we all expect to see at the end of this night is THE CLASH OF THE YEAR! So I thought I would share with you a video of one of the most memorable clash which happened 24 years ago.
That night, it was all about global super star Shabba Ranks vs Ninja Man aka the Don Gorgon! Shabba might have been the one who had won it all… contracts on CBS, Grammy award…, but he definitely wasn’t ready to win this clash. The Don Gordon slew the the International Dancehall star on the “Punanny Riddim” with “a permit to bury and a license to kill”. Risto Benji did a good job trying to defend “his father” with an outstanding performance but it wasn’t enough to stop the storming lyrical rage of Ninja Man who then sat down and called Shabba to come back on stage… Shabba didn’t show up to answer and looked really upset after the war was over.
