40 Years ago Inner Circle, whose lead singer was Jacob Miller at that time, released hit single “Tenement Yard”. The song is about how life in a “tenement yard” isn’t ideal (for a rasta) because of all the “watchy watchy” and gossips.Now, young Reggae singer Chronixx revisits this classic alongside Inner Circle. The song starts with a sample of the late Jacob Miller:

It’s a very laid-back track and has the same vibe as the original. The music video is a sort of short movie in which Chronixx is walking around and meet up with various people. On one side there are people who are warning him of people who spread rumors about him. On the other side, there are those chatting about these rumors while looking for more gossips on their mobile phones.
