Interview - on 01/22/2023Last month, we interviewed Andy Chertow, an American bassist who happened to play in the Jamaican band Soul Power & Sound during the early 80’s.
He tells us how he ended up playing the bass for them after he met them during his very first trip in Jamaica in the late 70’s.
He also evokes his collaboration with the French label Hornin’ Sounds, which recently re-issued the music he produced back in the days in Jamaica.
