John Shop Records presents the “R-1 Riddim,” released in 2001
The “R-1 Riddim” is a Dancehall riddim, produced by Dujo for John Shop Records in 2001. It features Future Troubles, Lexxus, Elephant Man, and more.The riddim is pretty minimalist like many riddims of that era. It’s based on a heavy deep digital bass line and a simple drum beat.
