Matthew Radics drops official music video for his single “Water Rising”
Matthew Radics drops the official music video of his new single “Water Rising” featured on the album JA Rydaz by SoundKillaz. The video was shot in the suburbs of South East London, and edited by Marvin Daley of CaptureHouse London.
“Water Rising” is a conscious rap song written from the perspective of a young man who tries to escape the “bad mind system” full of negative influences established by Babylon.
“I chant dem down and then I put dem on, cuz dem bad mind system a divide and conquer. Dem a take we youths, dem all a lead to slaughter but we nah go separate no longer.”
As a witness of how the corrupt of politics and banking systems violate the rights of people, the increasing occurrence of natural disasters and wars, Matthew Radics relates how he widened his narrow-minded ghetto mentality to become aware of all global issues threatening our planet.
“I see dem children crying, people dying, governments lying. Over land dem fussin and fighting, but dem haffi run weh de water rising.”
“Water Rising” was voiced on an inspirational Hip Hop beat produced by Kron, best known for his collaboration with Governo Sombra and Triangle Durado in Portugal, mixed by Rivah Jordan of SoundKillaz Music and mastered at Tuff Gong Studios.
